Chesapeake Land Services, LLC was created in 2009 by Donna Fordyce, its founder and Managing Member.  Ms. Fordyce left the utility industry in 2009 with over 39 years of experience, and set out with a vision to design a company that provides the best in-class research and documentation of existing utilities and easements, as well as rights-of-way, research, negotiation, acquisition, recordation and enforcement.
