Donna Fordyce has a BS degree in Business from the College of Notre Dame of Maryland. She has been a member of the International Right of Way Association for over 15 years and she has over 39 years of experience working in a Utility/Engineering environment providing expert opinion and support. Ms. Fordyce also owns another small business in Annapolis, Maryland.

We are proficient in the title research process in all of the Maryland Court Houses as well as the Internet.

We maintain a database of contacts with all Utility Companies registered with the Public Service Commission for the State of Maryland. These Utility Companies are licensed to install facilities within Maryland soil.

We are active members of the International Right of Way Association, where we continually take classes to hone our skills and stay current in the right-of-way industry.

We have a Paralegal on staff performing research and opinion support, and our Notary Public’s have over 50 years combined experience in the State of Maryland
